Delete Your Prepwise Account
You can request permanent deletion of your Prepwise account and the personal data associated with it. If you are signed in to the app, you can also reach this page from Profile → Delete Account.
Submit a deletion request
Complete the form below. We will review your request, verify it when necessary, and process the deletion. We may contact you at the email address you provide. Your request is sent securely to support@prepwise.online for processing.
What gets deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we remove the personal data associated with your account, including:
- Your Prepwise account
- Profile information (such as your name and email from Google Login)
- Quiz and test history
- Saved questions
- Daily quiz attempts
- Progress and activity data (including streaks and daily goals)
- Notes and other data associated with your account
- Other personal data linked to your account
What is not deleted
Shared educational content that is part of the app itself — and does not belong to any individual user — is not removed when your account is deleted. This includes:
- MCQs and question banks
- Math Learning content, concepts and shortcuts
- Notes/PDFs and other app-wide study material
- Mock tests and previous papers provided in the app
This content is available to all users and is not personal to your account.
After a request is processed, we may retain limited information where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or prevent abuse, as described in our Privacy Policy. Otherwise, your personal data is deleted.
