1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Prepwise Android application (the “App”) and the website at https://prepwise.site (the “Website”), provided by [REPLACE: Legal / Developer name]. 2. Use of the app
Prepwise is provided for personal, non-commercial educational use to help you learn mathematics and practise for competitive exams. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. User responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and Google account secure.
- You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorised ways.

- You agree not to use the App to infringe the rights of others or to violate any applicable law.
4. Educational content
The learning material, questions, quizzes, mock tests, previous papers, formulas, notes and other content in Prepwise are provided for educational and practice purposes only. While we aim for accuracy and usefulness, we do not warrant that all content is complete, error-free or current, and Prepwise does not guarantee any particular examination result, score or outcome. You should verify important information against official sources.
5. Intellectual property
The App, the Website and their content, design, branding and the “Prepwise” name are owned by [REPLACE: Legal / Developer name] or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the App as intended, no rights are granted to you. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the App or its content without prior written permission.
6. Third-party services
Prepwise uses third-party services, including Google Firebase, Google Sign-In and Google AdMob, and may use additional providers in the future. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
7. Advertising
The App is supported by advertising, which may include banner ads and rewarded ads. By using the App, you acknowledge that ads may be shown. Rewarded ads are optional and, where offered, allow you to choose to view an ad in exchange for in-app benefits. Advertising content is provided by third parties and we do not endorse it.
8. Account termination
You may stop using Prepwise and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the App, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
9. Disclaimer
The App and Website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
